Train your whole team on one licence
Buy one licence for your organisation and we’ll give you an access code to share with your staff. Each employee creates their own account, works through the course at their own pace, and you can see who has finished.

Licences cover online theory learning and assessment only. Workplace competency assessment and employer medication authorisation remain the employer’s responsibility and are separate from course completion.

90% recommended minimum pass mark
Critical safety criteria
100% satisfactory
Practical assessment
Satisfactory demonstration of applicable critical safety behaviours.
Reassessment
Required following any critical safety failure.
Course completion certificate
A non-accredited SupportMate Academy completion certificate, issued only after all required course assessments have been satisfactorily completed.

Workplace authorisation
Workplace competency assessment and employer medication authorisation are separate from online course completion. Employers remain responsible for determining lawful task-specific competency, supervision and written authorisation.
